These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Girlfriend.ai website, mobile applications, and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Girlfriend.ai. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Nature of the Services

Girlfriend.ai provides AI-generated chatbot experiences intended for entertainment, companionship simulation, and fantasy interaction. All characters, responses, and conversations are entirely fictional and computer-generated. Girlfriend.ai is not a provider of real human interactions, professional advice, or therapeutic services.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Create, solicit, or simulate illegal, illicit, or abusive content
• Generate or promote deepfakes, impersonations of real individuals without explicit consent
• Engage in any non-consensual simulations, harassment, exploitation, or hate speech
• Bypass or attempt to bypass our safety measures and moderation tools
• Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and legal reporting.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Certain features of Girlfriend.ai may require payment. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation
Cancel anytime in your account settings. Access remains until your current billing period ends.

Post-Cancellation Access
After cancellation:
• Access reverts to free tier;
• Tokens expire;
• Previous tokens do not carry over;
• Refunds void token access.

Plan Changes:
Upgrades and downgrades apply immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Girlfriend.ai is the property of Leaderlaine Trading Gibraltar Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Girlfriend.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or emotional impacts caused by AI content.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
